Ian MarvellMy name is Ian Marvell and I have over 25 years experience within a wide range of catering establishments which include working for Hitchin Priory, Gardner Merchant, Glaxo Smith Kline, Cousins Caterers, Harrison Catering and a wide range of restaurants and bars.

I have held positions ranging from Head Chef, Area Craft Training Manager and Chef Manager. I have also had experience in a chef consultancy role for many clients including Shuttleworth Catering.

I am a registered CIEH level 1 trainer and have an Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, Professional Trainers Certificate along with a wealth of experience to widen the  range of services offered by Green Light Health and Safety Consultancy.
